1. Select your products: Choose the products that you like. Make sure it is the right size by checking out the size guide and checking your own measurements.
2. Add your products to the shopping cart: Add the product to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout page or click on "Buy it now" to reach the check out page directly.
3. Complete the checkout process: Register your information such as your name, address and Whatsapp contact number on the checkout page. Please note: that Whatsapp number is mandatory.
4. Order Confirmation: You will receive a message on whatsapp to confirm your order. Please confirm your order.
5. Delivery: The delivery driver will contact you within 3 working days to deliver your order. Kindly pay the delivery charges to receive your order.
6. Your approval: Inspect your ordered items, if you like them, please pay the complete invoice amount of your order to keep your goods. Otherwise, please return the items back to the delivery driver.

You can expect your order to be delivered to you within 3 working days. Please note that days of the week such as Friday, or festivals such as Eid are a holiday and not a working day.

We do not have a return policy after the product is accepted on delivery. However, the customer can freely choose to return the item back to the delivery person upon inspection during the time of delivery.
