How to Measure

Foot Length: Stand with your heel against a wall and measure from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe.

Foot Width: Measure across the widest part of your forefoot.

Measure both feet while standing and use the larger measurement.

Choosing the Right Size

Sneakers should have a little room in front of the toes for comfortable movement. If your measurement falls between two sizes, the larger size is generally the safer choice.

For sports or extended walking, consider the thickness of the socks you normally wear and allow enough room for natural foot movement.

Fit & Width

Regular Fit — designed for average foot width.
Wide Fit — provides additional room across the forefoot.
Narrow Fit — designed for slimmer feet.

Low-Top, Mid-Top and High-Top mainly describe ankle coverage and generally do not change the basic sizing method.

Please Note

Women's sneaker sizing is not completely standardized between brands. Nike, Adidas, Puma, Reebok, Under Armour and other brands may use slightly different EU-to-US/UK conversions and internal shoe lengths.

Use foot length as the primary reference and foot width as an additional check. Brand-specific or product-specific sizing information should take priority when available.
