Waist: Measure around your natural waistline, where your underwear normally sits. Keep the measuring tape level and comfortably snug without pulling it tight.

Choosing Your Size

For a closer, supportive fit, choose the size that most closely matches your waist measurement.

For a more relaxed fit, or if your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the larger size.

Also consider the style:

Briefs — generally offer a closer, more supportive fit.
Boxer Briefs — fitted through the waist and thighs.
Boxers — generally provide a looser, more relaxed fit.
