If you are satisfied, you can accept the products and complete your payment.

If you are not satisfied, you may return the products to our delivery representative during the delivery visit without paying for the rejected products.

2. Delivery Charges

The delivery charge must be paid before inspecting your order.

The delivery charge is non-refundable and remains payable even if you decide to reject the products.

3. Returns and Exchanges After Acceptance

Once you have inspected, accepted, and paid for a product, the sale is considered final under our standard store policy.

Asel Bazar does not accept return, refund, or exchange requests after the products have been accepted during delivery.

We therefore encourage all customers to inspect their products carefully before accepting them.

4. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at least one day before its scheduled delivery date.
