Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at our store. We value your business and your satisfaction is our top priority. However, please note that we do not accept any return or refund requests after the delivery. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges after the product is accepted during delivery. Please note that our payment method is cash on delivery and therefore, you will only be paying after accepting the goods on delivery. However, the customer can freely choose to return the item back to the delivery person upon inspection during the time of delivery. Furthermore, the customer can also cancel the order one day before the date of delivery.
