Counterfeit products are not eligible for comparison with genuine products.

You can check that the products match your order and meet your expectations. If you're satisfied, simply accept the products and pay for them.

If you're not satisfied, return the products to our delivery driver during the delivery visit. You won't have to pay for the products you reject.

Important: The delivery charge must be paid before inspection and remains payable even if you decide not to accept your order. Once you accept and pay for a product, our standard policy does not provide returns for a change of mind.

After you confirm your order through WhatsApp, we will arrange delivery to your location in Kabul city.

When your order arrives, pay the delivery charge, inspect your products, and complete your product payment in cash if you choose to accept them.

There's no need to pay for your products before they reach you.

Our delivery driver will contact you to arrange delivery to your specified location.

Our delivery charge is 100 AFN per order, regardless of the number of products purchased in that order.

Fridays and public holidays, including Eid, are not counted as working days.

If an unexpected issue affects your delivery, our team will work to keep you informed and arrange delivery as soon as possible.
